Eligibility: PediPRN - is a statewide pediatric mental health innovative model of telephonic consultation and collaboration between pediatric primary care providers and child psychiatry providers to support pediatricians and other pediatric primary care practitioners serving children and adolescents with mental health conditions. PediPRN is free to all Rhode Island pediatric primary care providers. PediPRN services are available weekdays from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, except for holidays.
Services Provided: PediPRN utilizes a telephonic integrated care model to improve access to quality behavioral health expertise. The service is free and provides all Rhode Island pediatric primary care providers assistance with the mental health care needs of their patients. Pediatric primary care providers can call PediPRN with a diagnostic or therapeutic question. The child psychiatric team will return the call within 30 minutes. The team will assist in developing a care plan for children with various psychiatric diagnoses and complex clinical presentations. The plan could include recommendations for face-to-face assessment, short-term treatment and referral to ongoing community mental health services and psychiatrists as needed. PediPRN also offers provider training and education activities.

The PediPRN telephone line is intended only for Rhode Island pediatric primary care providers who treat children and adolescents. Families should not call directly; but can let their providers know about the program.
Provider Profiles: PediPRN, Pediatric Psychiatry Resource Network telephonic consultation program encourages pediatric primary care providers to consult with child psychiatry providers, thus improving access to and delivery of high-quality pediatric mental health services. The free service is offered to all pediatric primary care providers in Rhode Island, though enrollment in advance is encouraged.

Our Healthy Families America program provides free, voluntary, home visits to pregnant women and families with infants until their children turn three. The program is funded by the Rhode Island Department of Health.

We provide a range of office-based, clinical services for and children and families struggling with behavioral health issues.
Treatment Foster Care
Intensive Family Preservation
Home-based program for families funded by DCYF providing intensive wraparound services for families in need of long-term stabilization to avert placement or assist with reunification. Through referral by DCYF only.
Youth Success is a statewide program for pregnant and parenting teens under age 20, regardless of income.

Provider Profiles: A comprehensive community support agency that provides over 50 programs that range from home visiting and basic needs to substance abuse treatment. Call to check location.
Community Care Alliance is also the lead agency for Northern RI Family Care Community Partnership group.
The FCCP is a preventative program serving families which have children who:
•Have serious emotional, behavioral and/or mental health challenges.
•Are at risk for abuse and/or neglect and potential involvement with DCYF.
•Are transitioning from the Youth Diversionary Program.
