The Medical Home Portal offers personal features for registered users that include:

• My Account - where you can change your password and help us know our users' roles related to children with special needs
• My Lists - where your custom lists are stored
• Build lists of service providers from the Services Directory that will always have the latest information about those providers
• Access them anytime to review or edit (lists are automatically updated when we receive new information)
• Share a list with others by sending the list's URL
• Print or save lists as PDFs
• Copy lists created by others and rename them to make them yours
