Frequently used for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder but also used for a variety of other disorders and diagnoses. (AIRS LR-0450.0500) Certification includes Board-certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA), and Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA).

Eligibility: Referrals for children under 4 years old. Once treatment is initiated the IBT Program continues for a maximum of 3 years dependent on the child's progress.
Services Provided: IBT Program staff work directly with children in their homes for 20 to 30 hours per week. This daily one-on-one interaction in a familiar and safe environment routinely leads to improvements in a child’s communication abilities, social interactions, and behavioral, play and self-care skills. This applied behavior analytic (ABA) treatment process is individualized to the child, and includes family and school staff in order to improve all aspects of a child's life. The daily regimen is offered in six-month blocks (as covered by Medicaid or some insurance plans), and is renewable for up to three years.
