We are  a group of parents, family members, transition age youth,  and adults with behavioral health lived experience who are committed to supporting and assisting peers and working with statewide and national partners to empower children, youth, families and individuals through dynamic supports, education, and advocacy to prevent abuse and neglect, reduce disparities, and progress towards universal health, wellness, and recovery.

Funding stream for services for adults with Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities. Must meet eligibility criteria. 

The Division of Developmental Disabilities is responsible for planning, funding and overseeing a community system of services and supports for adults with developmental disabilities.

Available in English/Spanish This Guidebook provides a roadmap to help 14 – 25 year old's in navigating the sometimes complex system of behavioral healthcare services. There are many resources listed to guide you, should you need them.

Adults and children are eligible if they:

1. Live in South County (Washington County)

1. Live in a household with a child under 18, or someone who is pregnant

1. Receive primary or behavioral health care from a local community health center 

1. Have a physical condition and mental health issues, or have difficulty with substances including tobacco use

Government run website, in connection with The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA). Provides information, publications, and referrals for those with substance use disorders, to treatment facilities, treatment options, information on paying for treatment, and understanding addiction and mental health.
