International Language Bank (ILB) is a fee-for-service program that provides in-person interpretation, document translations, over-the-phone interpreting, and 24-hour emergency services by qualified experts. These services are offered to all members in our community who need assistance bridging the language barriers between providers/clients. We are currently offering over 30 different languages 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. ILB is the sole proprietor of CSEA. Proceeds from the ILB goes to support CSEA’s other community-based programs.

The mission of the Center for Southeast Asians (CSEA) is to promote the prosperity, heritage and leadership of Southeast Asians in Rhode Island
CSEA provides a wide variety of services, with an office in our own building in South Providence where there is the highest concentration of Southeast Asian residents.

The Rhode Island Coalition Against Domestic Violence, RICADV’s, network of member agencies provide comprehensive emergency and support services to victims of domestic violence, dating violence, sexual violence, and stalking.

The RICADV does not provide victim services. Call the statewide Helpline 24 hours a day, seven days a week: 1-800-494-8100.

The Rhode Island Coalition Against Domestic Violence (RICADV) is an organization dedicated to ending domestic violence. The RICADV's network of member agencies provide comprehensive services to victims, including emergency shelter, support groups, counseling, and assistance with the legal system.

Full Member Agencies are organizations whose primary purpose is to end domestic violence and provide victim services.

Affiliate Member Agencies are organizations whose work includes some programming to address or prevent domestic violence.

Member agency services include 24-hour hotline support, emergency shelter, support groups, counseling, and assistance with the legal system.
