International Language Bank (ILB) is a fee-for-service program that provides in-person interpretation, document translations, over-the-phone interpreting, and 24-hour emergency services by qualified experts. These services are offered to all members in our community who need assistance bridging the language barriers between providers/clients. We are currently offering over 30 different languages 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. ILB is the sole proprietor of CSEA. Proceeds from the ILB goes to support CSEA’s other community-based programs.

CSEA provides a wide variety of services, with an office in our own building in South Providence where there is the highest concentration of Southeast Asian residents.

The Clothing Collaborative Network provides work appropriate clothing at no cost to low-income men and women who are completing job training and education programs, and seeking employment.
Interpreting and Translating services.We provide services in business, legal, medical, insurance, government, and social service settings.
