South County Home Health provides free, voluntary, confidential home visits to pregnant women and families with young children, birth to age three. link

Healthy Families America

HFA is the primary home visiting model best equipped to work with families who may have histories of trauma, intimate partner violence, mental health and/or substance abuse issues. Services begin prenatally or right after the birth of a baby and are offered voluntarily long term (3 years after the birth of the baby). link

Pediatric Care

Our pediatric nursing care specialists provide comprehensive, high quality care to children, adolescents, and young adults up to age 18. The children in our care live with diverse diagnoses, including: Ventilator support, Respiratory disorders, Seizure disorders, Cerebral palsy, Autism, Cardiac Anomalies
Managing these conditions require training, experience, and services that meet the specific needs of the families. link
