The Rhode Island Medical Home Portal is made available through the Rhode Island Title V/Maternal and Child Health Program to provide families of children and youth with special healthcare needs with an on-line “one-stop-shop” for services, supports, and resources.

The Rhode Island Parent Information Network provides one-on-one support to families with special healthcare and education needs. Call or email for help with:
  • Finding Providers
  • Care Coordination
  • Community Resources
  • Health Insurance
  • Support Groups.
RIPIN staff are peer professionals—they combine their firsthand experience caring for a loved one with special healthcare needs with expert training to help your family understand and navigate complex systems and get needed services and supports for you and your child.
