Children in North Smithfield & surrounding communities, grades K-8.

• Day camp (7:30a-5:30p) offered to children grades K-8.
• Transitions to/from North Smithfield Extended School Year (ESY) program offered.
• Activities include arts & crafts, water play, archery, performing arts, & various sports.  

Camp Phoenix was established in 2006 through the North Smithfield Recreation Department.

 The camp was created to provide a traditional day long summer camp experience for the children of North Smithfield.  Camp Phoenix has expanded its enrollment capacity to allow for children from all communities to attend the camp. 

We are hoping to make the camp a place where children can create life-long friendships.
