Navigate Behaviors focuses on providing quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in Rhode Island to improve lives of individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, and those who want to learn essential life-long skills.

Referrals for children under 4 years old. Once treatment is initiated the IBT Program continues for a maximum of 3 years dependent on the child's progress.

IBT Program staff work directly with children in their homes for 20 to 30 hours per week. This daily one-on-one interaction in a familiar and safe environment routinely leads to improvements in a child’s communication abilities, social interactions, and behavioral, play and self-care skills. This applied behavior analytic (ABA) treatment process is individualized to the child, and includes family and school staff in order to improve all aspects of a child's life. The daily regimen is offered in six-month blocks (as covered by Medicaid or some insurance plans), and is renewable for up to three years.

Strides Behavioral Services provides behavioral services for children between the ages of 2 and 12 with a specific focus on children with an autism diagnosis.  We take most major insurances including, but not limited to, BCBSRI, NHP, United Health Care, Pilgrim and Medicaid.

Strides employs top level experience BCBAs.  All of Strides’ employees are required to go through intensive on-going training.
