Quality Behavioral Health is a medical management company providing complete management services to providers of behavioral health care. Our providers offer outpatient behavioral health services to children, adolescents, and adults who require assistance with their psychological and social needs.


Genoa Healthcare, a full-service pharmacy is located on site for consultation and to fill your prescription.

Telephone Appointments, for both medical management and psychotherapy will continue to be available.

Telepsychiatry, audio /visual services, both medical management and therapy, conducted by trained medical staff, will allow patients to interact with providers while using their own electronic devices.

Developmental - Behavioral Pediatrics

PediPRN - is a statewide pediatric mental health innovative model of telephonic consultation and collaboration between pediatric primary care providers and child psychiatry providers to support pediatricians and other pediatric primary care practitioners serving children and adolescents with mental health conditions. PediPRN is free to all Rhode Island pediatric primary care providers. PediPRN services are available weekdays from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, except for holidays.

PediPRN utilizes a telephonic integrated care model to improve access to quality behavioral health expertise. The service is free and provides all Rhode Island pediatric primary care providers assistance with the mental health care needs of their patients.

Pediatric primary care providers can call PediPRN with a diagnostic or therapeutic question. The child psychiatric team will return the call within 30 minutes. The team will assist in developing a care plan for children with various psychiatric diagnoses and complex clinical presentations.

The plan could include recommendations for face-to-face assessment, short-term treatment and referral to ongoing community mental health services and psychiatrists as needed. PediPRN also offers provider training and education activities.

The PediPRN telephone line is intended only for Rhode Island pediatric primary care providers who treat children and adolescents. Families should not call directly; but can let their providers know about the program.

PediPRN, Pediatric Psychiatry Resource Network telephonic consultation program encourages pediatric primary care providers to consult with child psychiatry providers, thus improving access to and delivery of high-quality pediatric mental health services. The free service is offered to all pediatric primary care providers in Rhode Island, though enrollment in advance is encouraged.
