His expertise is in congenital and acquired head and neck masses, diagnosis and management of pediatric airway disorders, pediatric hearing loss and ear surgery including cochlear implants, and treatment of pediatric sinus disease.

Sharon E. Gibson, MD, FACS, FAAP, is a fellowship-trained, board-certified pediatric otolaryngologist (ear, nose, and throat specialist). She is director of pediatric otolaryngology at Rhode Island Hospital and its Hasbro Children’s Hospital.
