Children ages 3,4 and 5 living in the Northwest Special Education region which includes Foster, Glocester and Scituate.

• A free developmental screening by local school districts and overseen by the RI Department of Education.
• Children are screened for general development, vision, hearing, speech and language and social emotional skills.
