Workforce development services are available for all youth ages 14-24 years.

Molar Express: Molar Express is a forty foot long dental office on wheels that was donated by Ronald Mc Donald House Charities of Eastern New England to East Bay Community Action Program (EBCAP) and two other partnering agencies - Thundermist Health Centers and Comprehensive Community Action Program (CCAP).The Molar Express services eligible children that attend participating schools, Head Starts and community programs.

The mission of East Bay Community Action Program is to provide high-quality, comprehensive and accessible health and human services to assist people to achieve their fullest potential.The Dental Center offers comprehensive dental care as well as emergency care.

CCAP Health Services accepts all patients regardless of their insurance or financial status. We offer a Sliding Fee Scale for patients with or without insurance and who meet financial eligibility requirements.
