Biosketch:

Allison Ellzey, MD, MSEd, is a Developmental Behavioral Pediatrician and Assistant Professor in the Department of Pediatrics at the University of Utah. She sees patients at the University Developmental Assessment Clinics.

Dr. Ellzey sees children and adolescents with a variety of developmental and behavioral concerns. She has special interests in the early identification of autism spectrum disorders, issues related to girls and young women on the autism spectrum, diagnosis and treatment of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder and anxiety in children with developmental disabilities, and training of pediatrics residents and general pediatricians in developmental and behavioral pediatrics.

Dr. Ellzey completed her medical degree at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School, followed by a residency in Pediatrics at the University of Utah School of Medicine and a fellowship in Developmental Behavioral Pediatrics at The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.
