Chelsea Norman is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist for the University of Utah Metabolic Clinic within the Division of Pediatric Genetics. She is focused on enhancing the health and quality of life of patients with inborn errors of metabolism through counseling, nutrition education, and providing individualized medical nutrition therapy.

Chelsea earned her BS in Nutrition, Dietetics, and Food Sciences from Utah State University. She also completed her supervised practice requirements for the Commission on Dietetics Registration with an emphasis on pediatric nutrition while earning her degree. Her current interests include the emerging field of nutrigenomics, the role of dietary treatment on inherited metabolic disorders, and the optimization of nutrition through the lifespan.
