Biosketch:

Beth Conover is a genetic counselor and nurse practitioner, and an assistant professor at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. She evaluates genetics patients in a variety of clinics including Pediatric Genetics Clinic and the Fetal Alcohol Syndrome Clinic. However, her main interest is teratology and she has directed the Nebraska Teratogen Information Service since 1986 and was a founding member of OTIS (the Organization of Teratology Information Specialists). She is a consultant for the FDA and CDC.
